The restaurant here was magnificent for lunch and Dinner, we both ordered fine dishes. Its location close to cafés and a cinema was stunning.

It was convenient for the beach and also had nice walks along the front. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

No alcohol license and we had to ask to for the complimentary beverages to be replenished.

We've stayed at Ramada many times over the past seven years and have always loved its location. It's conveniently situated in the embassy district, just a short drive away from Muttrah and old Muscat. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Intercontinental hotel, which is right next to a charming waterfront area with cafes. the staff were incredibly helpful during our stay, especially when we had issues with our first room. They promptly moved us to a nicer and quieter room, ensuring a better night's sleep. Cons: Almost perfect! 😊.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and cordial. Internet works very well and is free.

Air conditioning too strong and cold in the hotel lobby. The price of a simple espresso coffee is extremely high.

Loved the location, efficiency of the staff and the ambience of the hotel which is essentially a business hotel but also catering to tourists.
